Interactive Configuration Setup (#45)

• Added a new --init command to Repopack
• Users can now interactively create a basic repopack.config.json file
• The setup prompts for:
  • Output file path
  • Output style (plain or XML)

This new feature simplifies the process of getting started with Repopack, especially for new users.

To update, simply run:
